Hello and welcome to this Warrior Therapy blog page. If you’ve found my site and are reading this, I am guessing that you're searching for some kind of help, and you may be struggling with your mental health. You may be questioning who you are or why certain situations or experiences are happening or haven't happened in your life. I am here to offer a safe space for your voice to be heard. To enable and empower you to understand who you are and to allow yourself to reconnect to who you were before you became so lost. We can work on building a healthy, therapeutic relationship that can create an atmosphere of non judgemental trust.


I will be using this blog page as a platform to discuss subjects or situations that are current or issues that I feel passionate about. I currently work in private practice and in a school, and I see and hear so many common subjects that are presented by my young clients during their sessions. Our world is so fast-paced and often full of so many distractions that we can easily lose sight of what is true, wholesome, and good for us. This can undoubtedly result in anxiety, worry, self-doubt, and low self-worth. My passion is in helping clients break free of those chains of self-doubt, shame and hurt that they may have experienced in their lives, which in turn has created a false perception or negative narrative about themselves and the life they live.


I look forward to working with you and helping that little voice within you become a roar and to take back any hurt and pain and turn it into pure gold.
